What do prospective employers want?

 Creative video editor:

 

Proven previous experience in a post-production environment (3+ years).

Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, but professional experience in all major NLEs is preferred.

Knowledge of After Effects, Audition, DaVinchi & Photoshop.

  Experience in all areas of post-production including colour grading and audio mixing

 

Photographic mentor:

 

excellent technical skills, using digital and non-digital cameras and industry-standard software such as Photoshop.

creativity and an eye for a picture ·personality, perseverance, patience and dedication when working on projects and briefs.

 strength in working under pressure, juggling workloads and meeting deadlines.

 the ability to work both independently and in teams, building rapport with clients, colleagues and other businesses.

 

Creative writer:

 

Some experience in social media, understanding of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Wordpress. 

You must be proactive, committed, highly organised, with strong and creative writing skills.

 Ability to work well, under pressure and meet deadlines. 

You must have creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.

You must-have your own laptop. 

Photography skills are a plus

 

Content writer:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism or related field 

Excellent written and spoken English language skills 

Creative mind to be able to produce content quickly 

At least three years of experience writing for a B2B audience 

Knowledge of the legal industry preferred  

Understanding of writing for online channel marketing, including SEO 

Working knowledge of MS office including; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

 

Programmatic executive:

Minimum of 6 months experience in programmatic digital media, preferably for a media agency and preferably with some level of mobile-media experience 

 Candidates with relevant degrees will also be considered if they are extremely passionate about digital and have had so some relevant work experience 

Technical knowledge of ad servers, tracking, mobile measurement tool is a plus 

Ability to work autonomously and with team members in different locations

 

Content creator:

 

Concept creation 

Ability to work on their own and part of a team 

Conceptualise & produce output for our clients’ various different digital channels. 

Shoot video/stills & edit new content for all social media channels 

Execute against a wider social media strategy and brand guidelines 

Motivated 

Communication of ideas to others 

 

Social media manager:

 

Creative flair 

Degree educated or equivalent experience 

Experience of working in a fast paced business 

Strong knowledge of key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.) 

Solid understanding of SEO and top social practices

Robust reporting and analytical background with experience in relevant platforms 

 Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop) preferable

 

Social media assistant:

Experience managing retail social media accounts (1 year minimum) 

 An understanding of engagement driving content 

Creative thinking, with an ability to implement an idea from conception through to completion 

Excellent organisational and people skills  

Influencer and outreach experience
